Washington Nationals vs. Philadelphia Phillies game delayed due to rain Wednesday 8/5/26

Wednesday’s game between the Washington Nationals and Philadephia Phillies at Citizens Bank Park has been delayed due to inclement weather. The first pitch is scheduled for 7:05 p.m. ET.

Jake Irvin starts for the Nationals while Andrew Painter gets the nod for the Phillies. This is the third game of a four-game set between the two teams. Philadelphia won the first two games of the series.

DraftKings Sportsbook has the Phillies favored -187 on the Moneyline with the total set at 9.5.
