What Happened on Dancing With the Stars: The Next Pro This Week? Episode 3 Recap
Episode 3 saw a new challenge for the dancers, as current DWTS pro Britt Stewart surprised them with a group performance to recreate. Along with Mark and Shirley, Britt also served as the guest judge for the episode.
The group dealt with a scary moment early in rehearsal, as Natalie was accidentally struck in the face and required medical attention.
Britt then gave the dancers another surprise, bringing in Mark and Shirley for an initial performance of the number just three hours into choreography. The mother and son duo picked out Tristen and Nina as the weakest links, setting the tone ahead of their final chance the following day.
The group was then split up into two teams:
- Team Tango: Adele, AJ, Allen, Nina
- Team Paso: Tristen, Erik, Selena, Stephani
The teams were given a short period of time to create choreography before a final performance. On show night, the judges revealed that Natalie was not medically cleared to continue competing, and she was sent home.
