WNBA Best Bets Today: Top Prop Bets for Wednesday 7/22/26

It is a loaded slate of WNBA action today, with six games taking place. A pair of afternoon games will be taking place in the 3:00 p.m. ET window, between the Minnesota Lynx and Seattle Storm as well as Phoenix Mercury and Los Angeles Sparks. At 7:00 p.m. ET, the Chicago Sky will face the New York Liberty before the Los Angeles Aces challenge the Washington Mystics a half hour later. At 8:00 p.m., the Connecticut Sun will play the Indiana Fever, followed by the final matchup at 10:00 p.m. ET between the Dallas Wings and Portland Fire.

With plenty of action on the table, there are plenty of ways to get involved on DraftKings Sportsbook. Here are my top player props for tonight’s WNBA slate.

Top WNBA Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Napheesa Collier Under 13.5 Points (-106)

The Minnesota Lynx have been the best team in the WNBA this season with a 21-6 overall record and going a league-best 16-11 against the spread. But they received some positive news last night when five-time All-Star Napheesa Collier was upgraded to probable for today’s matchup with the Seattle Storm. At her peak, Collier is undoubtedly one of the top players in the WNBA. But this will be her first game back since September 26th, 2025, after undergoing offseason surgeries on both ankles. Especially given the success of the team without her, don’t expect a major focus to get her involved and for the minutes to be extremely limited tonight.ย

Looking at the matchup overall, the Storm rank 10th in opponents’ points allowed and ninth in defensive rating. But some of this has been due to the volume of opportunities, as Seattle ranks fourth in opponents’ field goal percentage and first in opponents’ three-point percentage. Collier had a career-best scoring season last year, averaging 22.9 points per game and finishing second in MVP voting for the second consecutive season. But the outlook has shifted quite a bit for the Lynx without her, as Olivia Miles has made a deserving case for being the franchise face in a more guard-oriented approach.

This is not to say the Lynx could their peak without Collier being a major part of the effort. But it is going to take time for her to get adjusted to a team that she is accustomed to being the primary option. With this being her first game back, expect the goal to largely be getting her through healthy and beginning to build up her chemistry with this new-look roster. Expect Collier to see limited minutes on the floor and not make a major impact in her counting stats, with 13.5 points being too high of a bar for her first live competition in nearly a year.ย

Kelsey Mitchell Over 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (-148)

It has been an up-and-down season for Caitlin Clark, but this has not stopped Kelsey Mitchell from taking her game to new heights and leading the offensive charge for the Fever. Mitchell is posting averages of 23.3 points and 2.8 assists, while shooting a career-best 42.3% on three-point attempts and launching 6.5 long-range shots per game. The four-time All-Star has made over 2.5 three-pointers in 15 of her 26 games on the season overall. This includes 10 straight games entering tonight’s matchup and 12 of her past 13 overall.

Indiana will face off with the Connecticut Sun tonight, who brings some legitimate concerns on both sides of the ball. Connecticut enters with a 7-19 record on the season, ranking dead last in points per game and offensive rating. Defensively, opponents are scoring 85.7 points per game against the Sun, which ranks 5th in the WNBA, and they offer the seventh-best defensive rating. The Sun are also 13th in opponents’ three-point percentage, with teams shooting 35.0% from deep against them.ย

Mitchell has hit a new gear of late, and it hasn’t mattered who the opponent is. She shot 2-for-9 against the Sun back in their previous matchup, which was tied for her fourth-worst perimeter efficiency in any game this season. Expect Mitchell to continue functioning as a focal point of the Fever offense and be ready to let it fly from deep. The -148 odds are a bit steep, but it is tough to pass up a line she has eclipsed in 10 straight games, and I also think it could be worth a flyer to back Mitchell to connect with 4+ made three-pointers at +161 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook. She has made four or more long-range shots in four of her last nine contests.

Bridget Carleton Over 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (+127)

In the final matchup of today’s WNBA slate, I am heading back to the three-point line and backing Bridget Carleton to knock down over 2.5 made three-pointers. The Portland Fire will be facing off against the Dallas Wings, and this is a great matchup for the 29-year-old to shine. Carleton has grown into one of the focal points of this Fire offense, posting averages of 13.5 points and 3.8 rebounds per game, while shooting 38.2% from beyond the three-point arc on a career-high 6.8 attempts. She has attempted at least six three-pointers in eight straight games and is shooting 39% from deep across this stretch. Carleton has made over 2.5 three-pointers in 10 games overall this year, including seven of her past 13.

The Dallas Wings have had an impressive overall season, but have struggled at slowing down opponents from the perimeter. Opposing teams are shooting 34.7% from deep against the Wings, which ranks 11th in the league. Across their past 12 games, opposing teams are shooting 35.5% from beyond the arc.ย

Neither of these teams is known for their defense, and expect plenty of scoring on both sides of the ball. Carleton has consistently seen plenty of volume from beyond the three-point arc and has made opponents pay at a regular rate. With the Wings’ deficiencies from this area in mind, back Carleton to continue the trend and knock down over 2.5 made three-pointers for the 11th time this season.
