BREAK IT DOWN:

(Stats taken from DraftKings Sportsbook’s Stats Hub)

Ben Rice 1+ Home Run (+281)

Rice and the Yankees split Sunday’s doubleheader with the Dodgers, and now they welcome the Pirates for the first series of this week. Rice has an 11-game hitting streak and has hit five homers in his last 10 games to get to 29 homers on the season. He’ll be taking on Pirates SP Braxton Ashcraft, who has allowed 14 homers in his 19 starts, including 11 homers to lefties like Rice. The Yankees’ 27-year-old lefty has hit 15 of his 29 homers at home and 21 of his 29 homers off righties like Ashcraft, which is why the public is so high on Rice for this Monday.

Willson Contreras 1+ Home Run (+351)

No team in the MLB is hotter than the Red Sox right now, who have reeled off 13 straight wins coming into their home series against the Orioles. Shane Baz will try to slow them down on Monday night, but he has struggled on the road, going 1-6 with a 4.26 ERA. He has allowed nine homers in his 19 starts this season, but only one homer in his last six starts. The reason the public is in on Contreras is most likely due to his impressive form rather than his matchup. Contreras looked great swinging his Bowser bat in the Home Run Derby, and he has homered four times in his last seven regular-season games. He is hitting .306 with 12 of his 22 homers at Fenway Park, where the veteran seems to be very happy and contributing at the middle of a surging lineup.

Yordan Alvarez 1+ Home Run (+231)

Yordan Alvarez hasn’t homered since before the All-Star break, but he has 31 homers on the year, second only to Kyle Schwarber. He has hit a double in each of his three games since the All-Star break, and he has six homers in his last 14 games, dating back to June 30. Alvarez has proven he can go yard in any matchup, and on Monday night he’ll face Janson Junk, who has allowed nine homers in 12 starts this season, including five to lefties like Alvarez. Alvarez is 1-for-2 with a homer against Junk in their past meetings, and the general public likes his chances to hit his first long ball after the break on Monday night.

3-Pick Same Game Parlay

Taking three of the most-bet player props individually is always an option, but why not roll them into a same-game parlay (SGP) and get in on all the action at once? It’s a fun way to tie everything together — feel free to tag along.

Ben Rice 1+ Home Run (+281)

Willson Contreras 1+ Home Run (+351)

Yordan Alvarez 1+ Home Run (+231)

Parlay Odds: +5587
