Formula 1’s European tour keeps on rolling this weekend with the grid now at the Hungaroring for the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix. Wunderkind Kimi Antonelli got back on the board with a win last week, but the Ferrari drivers are firmly in the mix with some excellent driving in the last couple of events as they seek to close the gap on Mercedes. Will they inch closer on the leaderboard this week?
The latest leg of the F1 calendar takes place at 9 a.m. ET on Sunday, July 26. Here, we’ll dive in with a look at the odds and lines leaderboard for the Hungarian Grand Prix courtesy of F1 betting markets on DraftKings Sportsbook.
2026 Hungarian Grand Prix opening odds, field
Unsurprisingly, Mercedes’ teenage superstar Kimi Antonelli once again tops the odds leaderboard on DraftKings Sportsbook as a +150 favorite to win the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix. With six wins this season, he has four more than the next-closest driver and holds -330 odds to finish on the podium after doing so eight times in total. After getting back to the top of said podium last week, he’s seemingly back in form.
However, Ferrari is gaining on the young talent. Lewis Hamilton holds +330 odds to win in Hungary with -190 odds for the podium; teammate Charles Leclerc comes in at +350 and -190 for each as well. Over the last two races, both have finished no lower than the top-four spots as Leclerc won the British GP and finished second by just 1.952s last week at the Belgian GP. Meanwhile, Hamilton took third and fourth at those events himself. If the last couple of weeks have told us anything, it’s that there may be a red car or two towards the top moving forward.
The two Ferrari drivers are followed by Mercedes’ George Russell, who comes off a DNF in Belgium but finished second in England back at the start of July. Russell sits at a split of +650/-175 on DraftKings Sportsbook and brings notable value with a pair of wins and five podium results on the campaign.
He’s tailed by some longer-shot bets as the odds for even a podium finish shift to plus-value. Red Bull Racing star Max Verstappen has finished in the top three in two of his three most recent events and just ended up third in the Belgian GP. He holds +900 odds to win in Hungary and +165 odds for the podium. McLaren drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri are next on the leaderboard with splits of +1400/+250 and +2500/+500. And, of course, Red Bull’s Isack Hadjar slots in at +15000 to win with +1800 odds at third or better as well.
The remainder of the field comes in at much longer odds to win the 2026 Hungarian Grand Prix, holding a minimum of +10000 odds to even record a podium result.
