Love Island UK Episode 45 Recap 7/13/26
To open the episode, the girls consoled Ellie after her conversation with Finley, who told her that he was open to getting to know the new bombshell – Elicia. Finley talked to the boys about the situation, going as far as saying that he wanted to leave the Villa with Ellie when it was all over. He wasn’t going to stop talking to Elicia just yet, though. Elicia told her bombshell counterpart, Ethan, that she was going to get to know Aidan too.
The coffees on Day 33 were apparently sponsored by Nescafe, based on the gratuitous shots of the creamers with the labels facing out. Once that was out of the way, Samraj and Aidan tried to convince Finley to chat Elicia up some more and not get dissuaded by Ellie’s reaction. Elicia interrupted them and pulled both Aidan and Finley into the Hideaway for a chat. She suggested they play Truth or Dare behind closed doors, which led to Aidan kissing her from her feet all the way up to her lips. Finley rejected Aidan daring him to kiss Elicia on the lips, which led to a little neck kiss. The three of them kept exchanging kisses, all while Ellie and Priya sat outside consoling each other. When the boys emerged, they gossiped about the game, which really set Ellie off and pushed her to tears.
Aidan, Finley, Priya and Ellie all had a chat to sort through the Hideaway visit before splitting off into pairs. Ellie came back from the ledge a little bit but wasn’t psyched with the dynamic, while Priya was much more comfortable and got Aidan to agree not to kiss Elicia if she asked to that night.
Surprise, surprise – the Islanders immediately got a text that they were in for a game of Marry, Snog, Pie. Yasmin led things off by snogging Tommy, putting a ring on Sean’s finger and smashing a pie in Aidan’s face. Jasmine snogged Kavan, married Samraj and pied Lorenzo. Angelista kissed Simba, married Sean and pied Kavan. Elicia was up next and she went straight to kissing Finley – to the point that Ellie had to turn away. She rounded out her turn by marrying Samraj and giving Lorenzo another pie to the face.
Priya mixed it up by kissing Ethan and marrying Aidan, then she didn’t hesitate to pie Samraj. Lola snogged Tommy, married Sean and pied Finley. Martha snogged Jordon, married Julia and pied Aidan. Ellie went next and chose to reassert herself by giving Finley a snog. She married Lorenzo and became the latest to pie Aidan. Even with pie all over his face, Mica kissed Lorenzo, then married Samraj and pied Kavan. Julia went last, kissing Lorenzo, marrying Jordon and pieing Sean – but only after pretending to do it to Lola.
The boys were up next – Ethan snogged Priya, married Angelista and pied Lola. Simba gave Ellie a peck on the cheek, married Angelista and pied Mica. Lorenzo also stayed respectful by kissing Jasmine on the cheek, marrying Julia and pieing Yasmin. Sean kissed Yasmin on the hand before obviously marrying Lola and pieing Samraj and Priya’s behalf. Finley kissed Ellie, married Angelista and also pied Yasmin. Kavan snogged Jasmine, married Angelista and pied Ellie. Samraj kissed Jasmine on the cheek, married Mica and pied Finley. Jordon snogged Martha, married Mica and pied Jasmine. Tommy kissed Yasmin, married Angelista and pied Elicia. Aidan kissed Elicia, against his own promise, then spurned Priya to marry Ellie. He wrapped things up by pieing Jasmine.
Samraj got a surprise text right when the game came to a close. The public had been voting for their favorite couple, ultimately landing on Julia and Lorenzo as their No. 1. Martha and Jordon, Lola and Sean and Mica and Samraj were the bottom three, leaving Julia and Lorenzo to decide which couple got dumped.
