Love Island UK Episode 41 Recap 7/9/26
Movie Night continued, wrapping up with Kavan’s tape. Jasmine immediately started crying when she saw how happy he was with Charleen in Casa Amor. Ellie and Yasmin put Kavan on blast for breaking Jasmine’s heart, which didn’t slow down when Simba mentioned that the two were on a break and Aidan and Samraj stepped in to defend him too. Jasmine finally broke her silence by calling Kavan and all the boys disgusting. She kept ranting all the way through bedtime, even
Simba pulled Angelista for a chat and apologized for getting testy when people kept prodding him. Angelista laughed him off and said she couldn’t even look at Simba anymore, all while he stood by the idea that he only wanted her – despite chatting up other girls in the past. When Angelista walked away, Simba had a bit of a breakdown complaining that he is going through the same cycle every day. There was trouble in paradise, too, with Sean and Lola talking through their own problems. Sean was more upset about his own actions in the kissing challenges, which Lola said she found endearing. Both of them were sick of the girls bickering and acting like schoolchildren, from Jasmine siccing them on Kavan to Mica stabbing Priya in the back.
Priya went to confront Samraj and Mica, who both apologized for their shady actions. She didn’t come away from it with much peace of mind, still upset about Samraj’s ick comment and refusal to be honest about his feelings in that moment. Mica continued the conversation when everyone was getting ready for bed, and Priya seemed to accept her apology. There was also an interesting moment when Kavan told Aidan that he knew that he didn’t think Jasmine was right for him. Aidan left the door open to giving his younger brother bad advice, but he didn’t back off of his opinion, pointing to the constant fights and drama.
Charleen woke up the next morning crying, admitting that she still had feelings for Kavan. Jasmine was also in tears, then she completely shut down Lorenzo’s attempts to make light of the situation. Lorenzo also tried to cheer up Angelista, who said she hasn’t felt how she feels with Simba in a long time. Simba interrupted their chat to bring Angelista a yogurt bowl, which Lorenzo also tried turning into an upbeat moment. At the same time, Samraj hyped up Simba and convinced him to fight for Angelista.
Meanwhile, Charleen pulled Kavan for a chat up on the terrace. She asked him to reciprocate some of her feelings, which he said he would have to talk to Jasmine about. Lorenzo went to talk to Jasmine, who said it was torture to see him talking with someone else. She once again broke down in tears on her way back inside.
Priya told Jordon that she needed a break after seeing that he wasn’t that attracted to her in the beginning, which he said he understood. Simba also checked in on Mara, who has been fuming at him ever since they came back from Casa. She took his apology seriously this time around and gave him the green light to go after Angelista as a more responsible man.
