We’ve got a short two game slate tonight with the Lynx visiting the Liberty at 7:30 PM EST, followed by the Sky visiting the Aces at 10:00 PM.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Olivia Miles More Than 15.5 Points
This is a nice price on Miles, who’s averaging 18.7 PPG this season. Minnesota’s top-two offensive efficiency and top-ranked defensive efficiency profile lets Cheryl Reeve keep games controlled while still giving Miles steady on-ball work. This is not a soft matchup, since New York is a top-five defensive team and plays at one of the slower paces in the league, so automatically that means fewer shot attempts. The abnormality is that Minnesotaโs team scoring has dipped over the last three games despite its season-long offensive profile, which actually puts more value on Miles as a reliable half-court offensive option. New York can make this inefficient, but Miles just needs her normal usage in a matchup where Minnesotaโs best path is still guard creation.

Kamilla Cardoso More Than 10.5 Points
Cardoso’s recent production has moved well ahead of 10.5 with her averaging 14.5 PPG for the season and 21.8 PPG over her last five, and the Sky’s current game plan is pretty clear: keep giving Cardoso touches because her size forces help and opens the rest of the floor. Chicago is only 11th in offensive efficiency for the season, but they are still second in pace, ninth in PPG, and have exploded to 108.0 PPG and 55.3 points in the paint over their last three. Las Vegas’ defense sits closer to the middle of the pack, and Wilsonโs questionable ankle status will potentially open up Cardoso’s opportunities. Even if Wilson plays, Cardoso just put up 24 points against this Aces defense.

Jonquel Jones More than 8.5 Rebounds
New York is in a transition season, yet the Liberty still sit in the top five in offensive and defensive efficiency. Jones remains their most dependable interior rebounder at 8.7 RPG in 29.2 minutes. Minnesota is normally a tough opponent because they possess two-way quality, but on the glass, they have allowed 48.0 per game over the last three and 49 in its most recent game. With New York playing slower and likely needing size against Natasha Howard and Minnesotaโs frontcourt, Jones should have enough minutes and rebound chances to get to nine.
