- Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Mets: Mets LHP Sean Manaea 4+ strikeouts: Since joining the Mets’ starting rotation, Manaea has yet to dip below 4+ K in any appearance, plus the Blue Jays actually strike out more often at home than they do on the road.
- Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels: Mariners RHP George Kirby under 6.5 strikeouts: Kirby has only cleared 6.5 K twice all season, coming in under that mark in all nine of his home appearances, including when he faced a similarly strikeout-averse lineup in Seattle just last week.
MLB Strikeout Prop Bets Breakdown
Sean Burke 6+ K (-104), Baltimore Orioles vs. Chicago White Sox
There is some great value on the table with Burke heading into Monday night’s showdown with the Orioles. Burke has tossed at least six strikeouts in six consecutive appearances, despite two of those outings not even lasting five full innings. Even in the two starts before this ongoing stretch, he only fell one punchout short with five. The matchup is also pretty friendly, since Baltimore ranks No. 4 in strikeouts per game. At home, they average the eighth-most strikeouts per game across MLB.
Sean Manaea 4+ K (-168), Toronto Blue Jays vs. New York Mets
While Manaea spent the first chunk of the 2026 season coming out of the bullpen, he has been a steady hand since rejoining the Mets’ rotation. His 4.40 ERA in that span isn’t anything to write home about, but he does have a 2.75 FIP. Manaea has reached four-plus strikeouts in all three of his starts and five of his last six appearances overall. When Manaea has lasted longer than two innings, he is 8-for-14 when it comes to recorded four or more strikeouts. The Blue Jays admittedly pose a tough matchup for the righty, but they do strike out more at home than they do on the road.
George Kirby under 6.5 K (-112), Seattle Mariners vs. Los Angeles Angels
Through 16 starts this season, Kirby has come in under 6.5 strikeouts 14 times. Both of his overs came on the road, too, which is worth noting since Monday’s contest is in Seattle. The Angels strike out more times per game than any other team in baseball, so that could spike Kirby’s production. However, the All-Star righty ranks in the 39th percentile with a 20.9% strikeout rate and the 16th percentile with a 20.9% whiff rate, per Baseball Savant. Kirby’s below average run value puts him at risk against a lineup that ranks No. 2 only to the Dodgers in road OPS at .769. The Angels also lead baseball in home runs per game on the road – Kirby has only cleared 6.5 strikeouts once in the eight games he has allowed at least one homer.
