The European tour on the Formula 1 schedule continues this week as the action heads to England for the British Grand Prix. Last week, we saw an energized Mercedes team take two of the top three spots on the podium, but they’ll face some tough competition, especially with a fan favorite looking like he’s back near the peak of his powers recently.
The latest leg of the F1 calendar takes place at 10 a.m. ET on Sunday, July 5. Here, we’ll dive in with a look at the odds and lines leaderboard for the British Grand Prix courtesy of F1 betting markets on DraftKings Sportsbook.
2026 British Grand Prix odds, field
Would you be surprised whatsoever to see the two Mercedes stars once again topping the leaderboard on DraftKings Sportsbook? Kimi Antonelli won five straight races heading into Spain two weeks ago, and while he was a DNF there, he finished third this past week in Austria. Given his results this year and the fact he’s generally been an unquestioned leader, he’s the favorite to win the British Grand Prix at +175 odds with -450 odds of another podium finish. Meanwhile, teammate George Russell, finally got back on the board with his first win since the opening event of the season. After taking the top spot, he’s back in second in odds to win at +200 with -330 podium odds.
Out in Ferrari red, Lewis Hamilton has been hot lately with a win, two second places, and a fifth-place finish in the last four races. He’s been hitting his stride and has put some quality driving on tap, now entering the British GP with +450 odds to win and -185 odds to go top three. Teammate Charles Leclerc finds himself in a rough patch after two consecutive DNFs and an eighth-place result in his last three tries, but is fifth in odds to win with a +850/+225 split.
Sandwiched between the Ferrari standouts on the odds leaderboard is Max Verstappen. The Red Bull Racing star had finishes of third and fourth surrounding a DNF in Monaco in early June, and last week he ended up second on the podium by the smallest of margins at +1.611s behind Russell and 0.375s ahead of Antonelli. After some successful runs in recent weeks, it seems he’s in form behind some strong mechanical work from his team. The latter rings true, especially in contect of Isack Hadjar’s fourth consecutive race with a top-six finish. He’s lower in the odds at +6500 to win and +3500 for the podium, but his recent performances deserve a ton of credit.
McLaren’s pair of drivers come in behind Leclerc and before Hadjar on the leaderboard. Their performance this season has been hot-and-cold, with some very good weeks but also numerous DNF results due to mechanical issues. Lando Norris has +2000 odds to win the British Grand Prix and +400 odds to finish in the top three. Oscar Piastri has a +3500/+600 split on DraftKings Sportsbook.
The remainder of the field comes in at much longer odds to win the 2026 British GP, holding a minimum of +10000 odds to even record a podium result. It includes the following racers, with the figures next to their names indicating odds of a top-10 finish rather than a win or podium appearance:
