Former Bellator Featherweight Champion AJ McKee is taking on Salamat Isbulaev  in the Main Event of tonight’s PFL San Diego card. McKee is 24-2 with 14 finishes, while Isbulaev  enters this fight with an undefeated record of 10-0 with six knockouts and four submissions.

Check out my pick for AJ McKee vs. Salamat Isbulaev  below.

A.J. McKee Moneyline (-148)

After McKee suffered his second career loss to Paul Hughes in October 2024, he got back on track, winning two consecutive fights. McKee’s last win came against Adam Borics at PFL Madrid in March. Isbulaev beat Jesus Pinedo in his PFL debut in February and looks to be a legit contender in the Featherweight division.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, McKee is a -148 favorite with Isbulaev being the underdog at +124. The over/under for this fight is set at 2.5 rounds, with the over being -166 and the under being +130.

Both fighters in this contest are versatile, skilled on the feet and on the ground. Although Isbulaev has looked unbeatable, I think McKee will be able to neutralize his supreme power. McKee has 16 more fights on his resume and has a massive edge in experience. If McKee can use all areas of his game, he should be able to find success. The longer this fight lasts, the more it favors McKee, who has been in those situations more often.
