Netherlands and Morocco will meet in one of the more intriguing Round of 32 matchups, with both teams arriving unbeaten after strong group-stage runs.

The Netherlands won Group F with seven points, drawing Japan 2-2 before beating Sweden 5-1 and Tunisia 3-1. Morocco also finished group play unbeaten, drawing Brazil 1-1 before beating Scotland 1-0 and Haiti 4-2, though it finished second in Group C behind Brazil on goal difference.

Netherlands and Morocco will meet Monday, June 29 at 9 p.m. ET at Monterrey Stadium in Monterrey, Mexico. DraftKings Sportsbook has odds for the Round of 32 matchup.

2026 World Cup Odds for Netherlands vs. Morocco

The Netherlands are favored on DraftKings Sportsbook, sitting at +115 on the 90-minute Moneyline. Morocco is +260 to pull off the upset, while the draw is listed at +230.

The total is set at 2.5 goals, with the over priced at +125 and the under at -155. That total makes sense for a knockout match where both teams have attacking quality, but neither side will want to open itself up too much with extra time and penalties looming if the match is tied after regulation.

This is the first men’s World Cup with a Round of 32, so neither country has real history in this exact stage. The broader knockout context is still important, though. The Netherlands have long been one of the best nations never to win the World Cup, finishing as runner-up in 1974, 1978, and 2010, so advancing here is closer to an expectation than a bonus.

For Morocco, this is another chance to show that its 2022 semifinal run was not a one-off. The Atlas Lions already made history in Qatar as the first African team to reach a World Cup semifinal, and beating the Netherlands would keep them on track for another deep run while reinforcing their place among the tournament’s most dangerous knockout teams.
