Mauricio Ruffy knocked out Michael Chandler in the first round at tonight’s UFC Freedom 250 card. Ruffy moves to 14-2 with 13 career knockouts. In the UFC, Ruffy is 5-1 with four knockouts. Before this fight, Ruffy was ranked No. 9 in the UFC’s Lightweight division and looks like a future title challenger.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Ruffy was +165 to score a first-round knockout. Chandler falls to 2-6 in the UFC and has now suffered four consecutive losses. His last win was in May 2022 against Tony Ferguson.
