On tap for Thursday is a four-game WNBA slate. Below, I have featured three of my favorite WNBA player prop bets for these contests on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Top WNBA Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Caitlin Clark U 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (-116)
Clark knocked down four three-pointers in her last start, but this came vs. the Mystics, who are allowing third-most made made three-pointers per game (9.5) on the fourth-highest three-point percentage this season (36.7%). Clark is in a much tougher spot tonight vs. the Sky, as Chicago is giving up the fourth-fewest made treys per game (6.8) on the third-lowest three-point percentage (29.8%).
While Clark got hot from deep vs. Washington, this is only the third time in 10 starts this season that she has hit 3+ treys. Clark is shooting 33% from beyond the arc and backing her for under 2.5 made three-pointers tonight is a wise move.
Marine Johannes U 10.5 Points (-107)
Johannes has been very hit-or-miss this season. In 12 games, the veteran has six performances of 15+ points, but in the other six, she has scored eight points or fewer, including two scoreless outings. Facing the Dream tonight, Johannes is bound for another quiet showing.
Atlanta ranks second in defensive rating and the club is surrendering the second-fewest made three-pointers per game (6.7), which is bad news for a deep shooter like Johannes. This season, a whopping 77% of her points have come via three-pointers.
Kahleah Copper U 17.5 Points (-110)
Copper (hip) made her return from a one-game absence Tuesday vs. the Valkyries and she was very rusty, scoring just nine points on 3-of-11 shooting. Copper has now scored 16 points or less in three of her last four and she is shooting an ugly 30% from the field over this stretch.
Next, Copper is facing the Wings tonight, who rank ninth in defensive rating this season. However, since moving No.1 pick Azi Fudd into the starting lineup four games ago, Dallas ranks seventh in defensive rating. With Fudd on the floor this season, the Wings’ defensive rating is 2.9 points per 100 possessions better than with her off. This isn’t as strong of matchup as it seems and with Copper’s hip injury possibly still an issue tonight, backing her for under 17.5 points makes sense.
