She combined for 46 points against Atlanta and New York and has quietly become the stabilizing force for an offense that hasn’t always looked smooth.
The bigger story lately might be Indiana’s defense. The Fever are allowing just 76.7 points per game over their last three contests, the third-best mark in the league during that stretch. That’s a significant improvement for a team that spent much of the season trying to outscore its mistakes.
Chicago is dealing with a different problem. The Sky have lost six of their last seven games since Rickea Jackson went down with a torn ACL, and the offense still hasn’t recovered.
