The San Antonio Spurs braved the lights of Madison Square Garden last time out and survived to bring the NBA Finals back within reach at 2-1. Tonight, Stephon Castle and his teammates will look to steal another game on the road in front of the rowdiest fans in basketball, but the question is whether they can rise to the occasion once more to even the series up.

Here are the top Stephon Castle prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook for Wednesday’s Spurs vs. Knicks Game 4 in the NBA Finals.

Best Stephon Castle prop bets

Stephon Castle took a big step up this season for this young Spurs squad. The second-year guard increased his production in all three major categories along with his shooting efficiency, and beyond that, he assumed a larger role in the offense on a more consistent basis. In the postseason, he’s taken another step forward as a scorer with 19.0 PPG while slightly surpassing his regular-season marks with a 47.7% FG% and 36.2% 3P%. Beyond the scoring, he’s also produced 5.0 rebounds and 6.3 assists a night with 1.0 steals, too.

Castle has been huge for San Antonio throughout this playoff run, and he’s coming off an excellent outing of 23 points, five assists and five boards on 8-for-15 shooting in a pivotal Game 3. That included a late dagger three to help keep the Spurs ahead in the closing minutes as well, so he performed well under the lights of Madison Square Garden. Will he be able to do the same again tonight, though?

Tonight, DraftKings Sportsbook lists Castle’s prop bet lines at O/U 16.5 points, 4.5 rebounds, 6.5 assists and 1.5 three pointers. His combined PTS + REB + AST line comes in at 28.5.

Through three games of the NBA Finals, Castle is averaging 18.0 points, 5.7 rebounds and 4.0 assists a night. His shooting splits sit at 45.5% from the field and 35.7% from beyond the arc.

There are multiple options for top prop bets on Castle this evening in Game 4. The first, and probably most obvious one, is over 16.5 points for the guard here. The Spurs star has crossed that mark in 14 of his 21 games this postseason, good for a hit rate of 66.67%. That’s quite reliable, though the one concern with it is that Castle has come very close to falling short with six games of exactly 17 points over this span. Granted, he’s gone over 16.5 twice in three games of this series.

Conversely, we can also fade his assists line this evening on the road. Castle works well as a secondary playmaker, but relying on him heavily can often lead to issues for San Antonio since he’s a bit turnover prone. He’s averaging just 4.0 assists per game in this series so far with totals of three, four, and five dimes. That’s a stark change from the Western Conference Finals, in which he averaged 7.6 dimes a night. However, he also stayed under 6.5 helpers in three games of that series, meaning he’s remained under tonight’s line in six of his last 10 outings as a whole. Personally, I’d rather go this direction as he takes on a stifling Knicks defense in a tough environment on the road.

Best bet: Stephon Castle under 6.5 assists (-114)
