The Frenchman pulled in 12 rebounds in the series opener and was limited to nine boards in Game 2. There is still no answer on this Knicks’ roster for his size and skill set. This is an important matchup for Wembanyama to show off his resiliency and set the tone for San Antonio. While the team’s youth showed up for the first time all season in the previous matchup, they have carried themselves with plenty of maturity all year, and are unlikely to just roll over. Wembanyama is not afraid to let his emotions show, and expect a clear effort to dominate the boards tonight with 11 rebounds being a comfortable bar for him to reach.
