On Monday, Major League Baseball has eight games under the lights to start the week with new series all across the country. The first game starts at 6:35 p.m. ET in Baltimore, and the last game doesn’t begin until 10:05 in Las Vegas, where the A’s host the Brewers. It’s a busy night full of great action with plenty of options to explore for starting pitcher prop bets on DraftKings Sportsbook. From Monday’s slate, I’ve selected my favorite plays from the Mariners’ Emerson Hancock, the Reds’ Andrew Abbott and the Brewers’ Kyle Harrison.
- Emerson Hancock Over 16.5 Outs Recorded (-127): Hancock has gone at least 18 outs in six of his last seven starts and in every one of his five road starts, even in tough spots vs. the A’s and White Sox.
- Andrew Abbott 5+ Strikeouts (+102): Abbott has 47 K’s in 13 starts, averaging 3.6 strikeouts per game. He has 5+ K’s in three of his last seven starts, and the Padres have the second-highest K% over the last two weeks, averaging 8.8 K’s per game.
- Kyle Harrison to Record a Win (+119): Harrison has seven wins in 11 starts, including five of his last seven outings. He gets a great matchup on the road in Vegas, so even though the environment may be hitter-happy, he should outpitch Jeffrey Springs.

Emerson Hancock Over 16.5 Outs Recorded (-127)
Hancock has gone at least 18 outs in six of his last seven starts and in every one of his five road starts. This prop is set at 5 2/3 right now, but I’d love to get it at plus-money at over 17.5 closer to game time. He has typically worked deep into games, even when he gave up runs, he still went over this prop line.
He worked six innings in his last start against the Mets and in his last road start against the A’s. In fact, he has gone over this prop in road starts against the White Sox, Angels, Padres and Cardinals as well.
The 27-year-old righty has a 2.80 ERA and 3.73 FIP with a 0.95 WHIP that has kept the traffic against him to a minimum and helped him be more efficient. He’s only allowing a .206 batting average overall this year and a .205 batting average on the road.
He has a potentially tough matchup against the Orioles in Baltimore in one of the early games on Monday, but since he has proven he can work at least six innings so regularly, he is a great play to go over this outs recorded line in one of Monday’s top starting pitcher prop bets.
Andrew Abbott 5+ Strikeouts (+102)
Abbott hasn’t had the level of success that Hancock has had this season, but the 27-year-old lefty has looked a little stronger lately and seems to be finding the better form he flashed earlier in his career. He had a 26.1% K% in 2023 and a 21.8% K% in 2025, but this season, he only has a 15.8% K%. He did have five strikeouts in six innings against the Royals in his most recent start last Tuesday and has 28 strikeouts in his last seven games spanning 40 innings.
Abbott will be taking on the Padres at Petco Park on Monday night and has been much more effective on the road with a 2.81 ERA and a .238 batting average against him in his six starts on the road.
The Padres are a good strikeout matchup right now since they have the second-highest K% in the MLB over the last 14 days. They have run very hot and cold offensively all year, and right now the whole team is scuffling. Lefties like Abbott have a 23.6% K% against San Diego this year, 10th-highest in the MLB, and the Padres are only hitting .216 against southpaws, which should help Abbott work deeper into the game.
Kyle Harrison to Record a Win (+120)
After being traded from the Giants to the Red Sox to the Brewers, Kyle Harrison has started to realize his potential and has picked up seven wins in 11 starts, including five of his last seven outings. The 24-year-old lefty has a 1.57 ERA, 2.46 FIP, a 1.03 WHIP and 73 strikeouts in 57 1/3 innings.
Harrison and the Brewers are continuing their road trip by heading from Denver to Las Vegas, where they’ll take on the A’s in a special series at Las Vegas Ballpark, where the Triple-A Aviators normally play. The environment could be very hitter-friendly, so rather than picking him to stay under a run prop or go over a strikeout prop, I like taking him to get the win.
He gets a great matchup on the road in Vegas, so even though the environment may be hitter-happy, he should outpitch Jeffrey Springs, whom I highlighted as a top matchup to attack in my top MLB DFS stacks for today. With plenty of run support, even if the A’s do get a few runs against him, Harrison has a great shot to get the win on Monday.
