When does Rick and Morty Season 9 Episode 3 come out?
Rick and Morty Season 9 Episode 3 will premiere on Adult Swim at 11 p.m. ET on Sunday, June 7. The episode, which is titled Rick Fu Hustle, will have a runtime around 22 minutes. It will not be available to stream on HBO Max or Hulu until Monday, June 15. From then on, new episodes will release next-day on both streaming services.
As was the case with the past seven seasons, Season 9 will be 10 episodes long. It will run through the finale on Sunday, July 26.

Who will show up this episode?
Rick and Morty has had a pretty stable cast over the years, barring Adult Swim cutting ties with co-creator and lead voice actor Justin Roiland in 2023. The two titular roles are now filled by separate people, as they were in Seasons 7 and 8. Here is a look at the recurring cast, as well as who they are playing:

While The Office veterans Ed Helms, Oscar Nuñez and Amy Ryan – plus comedian Rob Riggle – voiced characters in Episode 2, they probably won’t be back to reprise those roles. Keegan-Michael Key and Tilda Swinton are among the other celebrities who have showed up this season.
What to expect in Rick and Morty Season 9 Episode 3
Coming off a lore-heavy Season 9 premiere, Episode 2 leaned more on the show’s classic existential dread. Rick, per usual, is struggling with self-loathing that his technology can’t solve. Even his Vacation Rick alter-ego – a.k.a. Ted – wasn’t immune to the intense depression, falling into the same pitfalls he had in seasons’ past by pushing away friends and family.
Based on the lookahead for Season 9 Episode 3, we are in for a much lighter story this time around. Rick gets into a fender bender with a martial arts master in a Trader Joe’s parking lot, then refuses to exchange contact and insurance information. We’ll see just how far their newfound rivalry goes, although it’s very likely that it will go off the rails in one way or another. Meanwhile, the side plot will seemingly center around Jerry getting the family’s new pool cleaned without Rick’s help.
