The final leg of the Triple Crown is almost here! This year’s Belmont Stakes is the 158th in history and the third consecutive year that it takes place in Saratoga Springs, New York, at the Saratoga Race Course. Next year the Belmont Stakes will return to Belmont Park in Elmont, New York. Belmont Park is currently undergoing renovations, which have forced the event to be moved to Saratoga.
This race features nine horses: Vitruvian Man, Powershift, Chief Wallabee, Renegade, Ottinho, Growth Equity, Commandment, Emerging Market, and Golden Tempo. Golden Tempo, the 2026 Kentucky Derby winner, is making their return in this race.
