Thursday night present a two-game WNBA slate. The Fever are hosting the Dream and the Lynx are hosting the Valkyries. Below, I have featured three of my favorite DFS targets on DraftKings for this slate.
Set your DraftKings fantasy basketball lineups here: WNBA $100K Shootaround [$25K to 1st]!
PG/SG, Allisha Gray, Atlanta Dream at Indiana Fever, $9,700
Gray is fresh off a 42.2 FPTS showing vs. the Sun, marking her fourth performance of 35+ points in eight starts this season. Gray is shooting 45% from the field and handling a career-high 25.7% usage rate.
The guard is generating 1.0 FPTS per minute and on the menu for tonight is a matchup vs. the Fever, who rank first in pace and 10th in defensive rating this season. Gray should score a minimum of 30 FPTS in this spot and she is the top value on the slate.
SF/PF, Cecilia Zandalasini, Golden State Valkyries at Minnesota Lynx, $5,100
The Lynx are the top rated defense in the WNBA this season, so this is a tough matchup for Zandalasini. That being said, she moved into the Valkyries’ starting lineup two games ago, but remains priced like a reserve and is a great bargain at just $5,100. With the first unit, Zandalasini has scored 14.5 FPTS in 21 minutes vs. the Aces and 22.2 FPTS in 23 minutes vs. the Fire.
The Italian is seeing a strong 24.5% usage rate and averaging seven shots per game as a starter. Zandalasini is amassing 0.9 FPTS per minute this season and she should finish with around 20 FPTS tonight, despite the tough matchup, and punting a spot with Zandalasini opens up endless possibilities for your lineup.
PG/SG, Olivia Miles, Minnesota Lynx vs. Golden State Valkyries, $10,200
While the Valkyries are a great defense, trailing only the Lynx in defensive rating this season, Miles is running away with the Rookie of the Year award and she should still put up a large fantasy score tonight. Miles is producing 34.6 FPTS in 30.5 minutes per game and she is on the heels of a career-best 44.5 FPTS outing vs. the Mercury.
Miles is shooting 50% from the field and her rates have been excellent, handling a 23% usage rate and a team-high 37.5% assist rate. Miles is providing 1.1 FPTS per minute and over 40 FPTS isn’t out of the question tonight.
