BREAK IT DOWN:
Kayla McBride 13+ Points (-120)
McBride has been one of my favorite players to watch in the W, primarily because age seems to do nothing to affect her game. The 33-year-old is averaging 13.2 points per game to start the 2026 season and has contributed on both ends of the floor with 4.0 rebounds and 1.8 steals per game. While she played just 22 minutes and scored nine points in her last outing, McBride has posted two 20-point performances and has cleared 13+ points five times this season. She’ll face a tougher defensive test in the Golden State Valkyries, who are holding opponents to just 79.3 points per game, but I’m trusting McBride and the red-hot Lynx to get it done tonight.
Caitlin Clark 3+ Three Pointers Made (-101)
Note: Caitlin Clark (back) is probably to play Thursday versus the Dream.
There’s been some slight turmoil within the Fever organization, leading to a team meeting on Monday that, according to guard Sophie Cunningham, “kind of turned the page” (ESPN). After a two-game skid, tonight could be a get-right spot for Clark and company.
The 24-year-old is off to an inconsistent start to 2026, shooting just 40.3% from the field and 32.9% from three. Her volume from deep has also fluctuated significantly, averaging 9.25 three-point attempts over her first four games compared to just 5.6 attempts across her last three. Plus, Clark has only hit 3+ threes in two games this season, one of which went to overtime. While the public is backing her to hit 3+ tonight, I’m not nearly as confident, and honestly, I’ll be fading this prop and taking the under on 2.5 three-pointers made.
Sophie Cunningham 10+ Points (+128)
As mentioned above, Cunningham believes the Fever are ready to right the ship against the Dream. The 29-year-old hasn’t posted eye-popping numbers to start 2026, but she has been consistent when given solid minutes, scoring 11+ points in every game in which she’s played at least 25 minutes. Cunningham scored 15 points off the bench in her last outing against the Fire, and with +128 offering strong value, I’m siding with the public and backing her to score 10+ points tonight.
