DraftKings NBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for the NBA Finals Game 1 6/3/26

The 2026 NBA Finals will tip off tonight at 8:30 PM EST in San Antonio. The New York Knicks are well rested, having swept the Cleveland Cavaliers 4-0. The Spurs have been in battle much more recently, closing out an electric seven game series against the defending Oklahoma City Thunder on their home court.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.

Stephon Castle More Than 16.5 Points

Castle’s offensive expectation tonight is less about his regular-season track record against New York and more about how quickly heโ€™s grown up in these playoffs. Heโ€™s averaging 19.2 PPG in his first postseason and has become the Spursโ€™ most reliable scoring option when the opponent hones in on Victor Wembanyama. We saw his growth clearly in the West finals, where he shook off the early turnover problems and cleaned up his offensive game for the rest of the series. He then backed it up with 16 points in a Game 7 clincher, the biggest game heโ€™d ever played. He now steps into an even brighter spotlight with that same confidence tonight. If the Knicks load up on Wemby with OG Anunoby and their backline help, itโ€™s Castle who gets the runway to punish them.

Victor Wembanyama More Than 11.5 Rebounds

The Knicks as a team actually rebound pretty well, finishing first in defensive rebound percentage with 76.9% in the regular season, and allow the fewest opponent offensive rebounds per game with 10 RPG. There will be no cheap pull backs nor lazy box outs.

Despite that, Wemby has been on a tear on the glass in the postseason, averaging 10.8 RPG in his first-ever playoff run. If his minutes stay high tonight, his defensive boards could still pile up quickly. One other major issue for the Knicks is that Mitchell Robinson’s status is in the air. Robinson is one of the Knicks’ strongest rebounders and his size will be vital for New York to control the glass tonight against someone as tall and lengthy as Wemby.

Jalen Brunson Less Than 25.5 Points

San Antonio has been preparing for this matchup against the Brunson. And they just finished dealing with another star guard in SGA. The Spurs’ whole defense is built on making lead guards work through crowds with Wemby looming behind near the rim. San Antonio held its last three opponents to 41.3% shooting, which bodes well for their ability to hamper Brunson’s offense tonight. SGA finished the WCF shooting under 40% from the field. Brunson specializes in creating space in the lane and thriving in the mid range, but things will be tough tonight against a defense that looks as good as this one. If the Spurs can keep Brunson out of early rhythm pull ups, combined with the fact that the Knicks haven’t played in over a week, it’s likely we see some rust from the Captain.
