The UFC is back in Macau for the first time since November 2024 and the fifth time in history. This card is headlined by a top-10 Bantamweight contest between Song Yadong vs. former UFC Flyweight Champion Deiveson Figueiredo. This event features seven Chinese fighters.
Since moving up to 135 pounds in 2023, Figueiredo is 4-3 at Bantamweight and has lost three of his previous four contests. Figueiredo and Yadong both lost at UFC 324 in January, with the former champion losing to Umar Nurmagomedov and Yadong coming up short against Sean O’Malley. Yadong is 3-2 in his previous five bouts since 2023, with his two losses in that span coming to former champions.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Yadong is a -600 favorite with Figueiredo being the underdog at +440. Yadong is getting 85 percent of bets and 59 percent of the handle in this fight. Meanwhile, 41 percent of the handle and 15 percent of bets are on Figueiredo.
In the co-main event, Zhang Mingyang is facing No. 15 Alonzo Menifield. Mingyang is coming off his first loss in nearly six years. Before that, Mingyang won 12 consecutive contests by first-round knockout or submission. Menifield is 2-1 in his previous three bouts but lost to Volkan Oezdemir in his last fight. For the co-main event, Mingyang is the favorite at -258 while Menifield is a +210 underdog. Mingyang is a popular choice among the public, as he is receiving 90 percent of the handle and 86 percent of bets. Menifield is getting only 14 percent of bets and 10 percent of the handle.
Two ranked Heavyweights, No. 3 Sergei Pavlovich and No. 15 Tallison Teixeira, are facing off at Saturday’s UFC Fight Night in Macau. Pavlovich enters this bout on a two-fight winning streak, while Teixeira is coming off a victory against Tai Tuivasa. Pavlovich is a massive -625 favorite with Teixeira being the underdog at +455 on DraftKings Sportsbook. On the handle, 52 percent is on Pavlovich, while 48 percent is on Teixeira. In this contest, Pavlovich is getting 81 percent of bets with 19 percent on Teixeira.
