San Antonio Spurs at Oklahoma City Thunder betting splits, odds for Game 5 Tuesday 5/26/26

The seven-game Western Conference Finals have effectively turned into a three-game affair, as the San Antonio Spurs’ 103-82 win over the Oklahoma City Thunder on Sunday night evened up the series at two games apiece. The winner of the series will go on to face the New York Knicks in the NBA Finals after the Knicks closed out their sweep against the Cleveland Cavaliers last night.

Game 5, which will begin tonight at 8:40 p.m. ET in Oklahoma City, is a must-win affair, as the winner of Game 5 in a tied series goes on to claim the series some 82% of the time.

The Thunder are 4.5-point favorites at DraftKings Sportsbook (-170 on the Moneyline), with the point total set to 216.5. The Spurs are +142 on the Moneyline. Below, I’ll take a look at the public betting splits and analyze which side has attracted bettors.

Evidently, the public was convinced by San Antonio’s dominant display in Game 4, as the visitors have attracted 55% of the bets. Big-money bettors are even more confident in the Spurs, as they’ve attracted 69% of the handle. Between the regular season and the playoffs, San Antonio has won six of the teams’ nine matchups this season.

Bettors are even more confident in the Spurs to cover the 4.5-point spread, as while the same 69% of the handle has come in on them with the points, they’ve attracted a higher proportion of the total bets (62%). Each team has covered the spread twice this series, but San Antonio had the league’s second-best record against the spread overall this season and Oklahoma City was near the middle of the pack.

Additionally, 82% of all bets and a whopping 94% of the handle has come in on the game to have at least 217 points. The teams have had top-seven marks in offensive rating during both the regular season and the playoffs, and each of Games 1, 2, and 3 went over the total. Game 4 dipped under, but the Thunder shot an uncharacteristic three-for-17 on wide-open threes in that game.
