Best Jalen Brunson prop bets for Knicks vs. Cavaliers on Monday 5/25/26

Jalen Brunson and the New York Knicks are one win away from its first NBA Finals appearance since 1999. It’s been an impressive run for the Knicks, who have won 10 consecutive postseason games and nine of which by double-digits. Cleveland will have to find a new gear if it wants to keep its season alive.

The Knicks are 2.5-point favorites and -142 on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook. The Cavaliers are +114, with the game total set at 218.5 points.

Let’s dive into my favorite Jalen Brunson player props for the Game 4 contest.

Jalen Brunson to Record 35+ Combined Points & Assists (-107)

For as talented as the Knicks are, they’re still reliant on Jalen Brunson’s production. The three-time All-Star averaged 26 points and 6.8 assists per game, tallying 35+ combined points and assists in 34 of 74 regular-season games. That said, Brunson tends to be at his best when the lights are the brightest. Since the playoffs kicked off, he is averaging 27.8 points and 6.8 assists per game. Brunson has reached 35+ combined points and assists in seven of the Knicks’ 13 postseason games this year.

Brunson finished with 38 points and six assists in Game 1 of this series, 19 points and 14 assists in Game 2, and 30 points and six assists in Game 3. The biggest basketball chess match to keep track of in this series has been Cleveland’s defensive tactics on the Knicks’ star. But Brunson has masterfully answered each defensive look thrown his direction, making the right read as either a scorer or playmaker.

Jalen Brunson Under 2.5 Made Three-Pointers (-112)

While this may seem to contradict the above selection, Brunson does the bulk of his scoring inside the three-point arc, and this has especially been the case this series. He shot 36.9% from three on 7.1 attempts per game during the regular season. His volume and efficiency dipped in the playoffs to 6.4 attempts per game on 34.9%.

Brunson has shot a combined 2-for-17 from beyond the three-point arc in this series. He shot 1-for-6 in Game 1, 1-for-7 in Game 2, and 0-for-4 in Game 3. Brunson has also been held to under 2.5 made three-pointers in six games during the postseason.

Cleveland has made it a priority to pick up Brunson high in order to take away easy looks from three. While this can be problematic for many NBA stars, Brunson is a throwback player who is at his best when getting two feet in the paint. Brunson thrives getting downhill and will continue doing so at a high rate.
