Today’s matchup between the Cleveland Guardians and Philadelphia Phillies has been delayed due to the weather. First pitch was originally scheduled for 4:05 p.m. ET. More updates will be provided as they are made available by the team.
The Phillies have rebounded from a 9-19 start to the season, which led to a manager change. Philadelphia is now 25-26 and back in the playoff picture.
The Guardians got off to a much stronger start to the season and have largely maintained it. They enter tonight’s matchup with a 31-22 record, including winning the opening matchup of this series 1-0 yesterday.
Zack Wheeler and Slade Cecconi are the expected starters for tonight’s game.
The Phillies are -181 on the moneyline, and the Guardians are +149 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The run total is set at seven.
