The New York Knicks will look to defend homecourt once again on Thursday, hosting the Cleveland Cavaliers for Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Finals at Madison Square Garden.

The Knicks staged an epic comeback in Game 1, thanks in part to the late-game heroics of a returning OG Anunoby. New York will continue leaning on the standout forward, hoping to inch closer to its first NBA Finals appearance since 1999.

Tipoff is set for 8:10 p.m. ET. New York is a 6.5-point home favorite with -225 moneyline odds, while Cleveland is a +185 underdog.

Ahead of Game 2, let’s dive into the top OG Anunoby prop bet on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Best OG Anunoby Prop Bet for Cavaliers vs. Knicks Game 2

Best Bet: OG Anunoby 18+ Points (+137)

After spending nearly two weeks on the sidelines with a hamstring injury, OG Anunoby showcased that all he needed was to get his legs under him. Despite finishing with only 13 points (2–9 FG, 1–6 3PT) in 34 minutes of action in Game 1, the two-way star scored nine of New York’s 14 points in overtime — going 7-for-8 from the free-throw line during the extra period — to help secure the historic comeback victory.

Anunoby, 28, is averaging 20.4 points across nine playoff games, shooting a scorching 58.5% from the field and 48.9% from beyond the arc. Before returning in the Conference Finals, the former NBA champion with the Raptors had recorded at least 18 points in six of eight contests against the Hawks and 76ers, respectively.

On Thursday, the Cavaliers will likely do everything in their power to slow down superstar Jalen Brunson, who erupted for 38 points to catalyze the 22-point comeback. They’ll also have to worry about Karl-Anthony Towns, whose offensive gravity should keep last season’s Defensive Player of the Year, Evan Mobley, occupied. With a clear scoring path, Anunoby should ride Tuesday’s strong finish and score at least 18 points in Game 2 at The Garden.

(If he has the fortune of getting matched up with James Harden, Anunoby could have this prop over and done with by halftime.)
