Ronda Rousey beat Gina Carano by first-round submission in the Main Event of the first MMA card airing on Netflix. Rousey submitted Carano with an armbar 17 seconds into the fight. Rousey is a former UFC Women’s Bantamweight Champion, and this was her first fight outside the UFC since 2012.

Rousey’s record stands at 13-2 with 13 finishes. This is her first victory since August 2015, when she beat Bethe Correia by first-round knockout at UFC 190. This was Carano’s first fight in nearly 17 years; her last was against Cris Cyborg in August 2009. Carano is now 7-2 with four finishes in her MMA career.

Rousey was -115 to win this fight by first-round submission before the contest on DraftKings Sportsbook.
