In top of the fifth inning of Sunday’s game against the San Diego Padres, J.P. Crawford was replaced at shortstop by Leo Rivas. In the bottom of the third inning, Crawford was hit by a Lucas Giolito 91-mph fastball on the right arm.
Prior to exiting, Crawford went 0-for-1.
