This bet can be found under the “Match Parlays” tab. After Arsenal’s win against West Ham, Man City know what they have to do. The Citizens must win out, and hope that Arsenal don’t win both of their remaining games. If the Gunners beat Burnley and Crystal Palace, the title will be headed to North London. In the meantime, Man City can keep applying pressure and Wednesday’s game is the first step in that direction.
Crystal Palace on the other hand are just playing for pride in this one. They are safe from relegation, and although still mathematically possible, they would need a miracle to get into the European places for next season. They do have something to look forward to however, as they have made it to the UEFA Conference League final. In the Premier League however, the rest of their games are just for pride.
Man City have won three of the last five games between these teams, drawing one and losing one. They kept a clean sheet against the Eagles earlier in the season with a dominant 3-0 win at Selhurst Park. I’m expecting a similar result in this one, mainly because the gap between these sides is immense, but also because one team has so much to play for while the other doesn’t.
The Citizens should keep a clean sheet in this one, going against a Palace attack that has only scored 38 goals this season. Only three teams have scored fewer. Man City on the other hand have the second best defensive record, allowing 10 fewer goals than the team with the third fewest conceded. Man City will keep applying pressure to Arsenal while keeping the Eagles out.
