Opening odds for Floyd Mayweather vs. Manny Pacquiao 2

The rematch between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao is official and will take place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas on September 25. Although the fight weight and number of rounds are unknown, this will be a professional fight. Mayweather and Pacquiao first fought in May 2015, which Mayweather won by unanimous decision. This fight will air on Netflix.

They are both highly regarded as two of the greatest boxers in history, with Mayweather holding a perfect 50-0 record and Pacquiao being a former eight-division world champion. Pacquiao’s record stands at 62-8-3 with 39 knockouts, and he made his return against Mario Barrios in July 2025. His last professional fight against Barrios ended in a majority draw.

Mayweather’s last professional boxing fight was against Conor McGregor in August 2017. Since then, Mayweather has competed in eight exhibition bouts. Before facing Pacquiao, Mayweather has a scheduled exhibition fight against Mike Zambidis on June 27.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Mayweather is a -205 favorite with Pacquiao being a +160 underdog.
