DraftKings has a new promotion in May. It’s the MLB Grand Slam Payout.
The concept is simple. Opt-in and get a MLB Grand Slam Payout token. Use that token on a single wager or for a parlay on a player to hit a home run, and if that home runs ends up being a grand slam, receive a share of $250,000 in bonus bets — or more!
We’re actually on a bit of a grand slam heater at the moment, thanks to CJ Abrams of the Nationals on Wednesday and Jake McCarthy of the Rockies on Thursday. Is it possible that we see a grand slam for a third consecutive day?

MLB Grand Slam Payout Picks
Carson Benge, Mets
I know what you’re thinking. How could Carson Benge possibly hit a grand slam? That would mean something good actually happened for the Mets. Fair point. Yet I would counter with Ryne Nelson’s stats at Chase Field in 2026. The right-hander has been terrible pitching in front of his home fans this season, sporting a 14.40 ERA across three starts. Opponents have managed 3.60 home runs per nine within the split, along with a 10.9% walk rate and a .499 wOBA. For the season as a whole, Nelson’s 5.76 xERA ranks in the 13th percentile of MLB, while a ninth percentile opponent barrel rate (12.9%) doesn’t exactly inspire confidence that a turn-around is on the horizon.
So, now you’re thinking about Benge. Why him? Well, it’s been a little lost in the general sense of gloom surrounding the franchise, but New York’s top prospect has quietly been figuring things out at the major league level. In fact, dating back to April 23, Benge is slashing .325/.372/.550 with a .225 ISO and a 160 wRC+ in a 43 plate appearance sample. He’ll likely be batting sixth or seventh on Friday evening. If the middle of the Mets’ lineup can create some traffic, Benge could take advantage.
Nathaniel Lowe, Reds
Like a lot of teams, the Reds have yet to hit a grand slam in 2026. However, you could make the case that Nathaniel Lowe has come the closest to the feat. Back on April 11 against the Angels, Lowe came up clutch with a bases clearing double in the first inning of what would eventually become a 7-3 victory. It’s one of three at-bats Lowe has had this season with the bases loaded — the third-most on Cincinnati’s roster. It’s also one of many hits the veteran has had of a right-handed pitcher. In Lowe’s 72 plate appearances within the split, the 30-year-old is slashing an impressive .313/.389/.672 with a .359 ISO and a 186 wRC+. Heck, Lowe’s popped six home runs since April 24. He’s in a groove at the moment.
In terms of matchup, Mike Burrows sets up as a fantastic opponent for Lowe to exploit. The former Pirate has not thrown well in his time with the Astros, and he’s especially struggled with LHBs. To wit, the 91 left-handed bats that Burrows has faced in 2026 have combined for a .610 slugging percentage and a .441 wOBA. Burrows has surrendered a jaw-dropping 2.70 home runs per nine within the split.

- Place a Single, Parlay, or SGP bet on a player to hit a home run and if their home run is a grand slam, receive a share of $250,000 in Bonus Bets! (minimum $5 bet, maximum three legs for a parlay)
