What happened to Anthony Edwards? Live injury updates for Nuggets vs. Timberwolves on Saturday 4/25/26

UPDATE: Anthony Edwards won’t return

Timberwolves superstar Anthony Edwards was helped back to the locker room after suffering an apparent knee injury during Saturday’s Game 4 matchup with the Denver Nuggets at Target Center.

Edwards appeared to hyperextend his left knee after trying to contest a layup attempt from Cameron Johnson late in the second quarter.

Before exiting, Edwards recorded five points and three rebounds across 18 minutes.

The Nuggets lead 54-50 at halftime.
