Detroit Tigers vs. Cincinnati Reds Probable Pitchers

  • Detroit Tigers: Framber Valdez
  • Cincinnati Reds: Andrew Abbott
  • Time: 6:40 PM ET

Valdez has bounced back after being tormented by the Twins recently. He’s gone on to allow just two runs on seven hits in his last 13 innings. Abbott has not looked like himself lately, as he’s given up 10 runs on 14 hits through his last two starts, spanning 7.2 innings.

Boston Red Sox vs. Baltimore Orioles Probable Pitchers

  • Boston Red Sox: Brayan Bello
  • Baltimore Orioles: Dean Kremer
  • Time: 7:05 PM ET

Bello has been getting torched on the mound, allowing at least three runs in three of his four starts with a 6.75 ERA and an xERA of 6.84. Kremer has only made two starts but has struck out an unusually high number of batters with 16 through 11 innings.

Cleveland Guardians vs. Toronto Blue Jays Probable Pitchers

  • Cleveland Guardians: Gavin Williams
  • Toronto Blue Jays: Max Scherzer
  • Time: 7:07 PM ET

Williams has been fantastic, aside from his 5.1 BB/9. He has a 2.12 ERA with a 3.50 xERA and a 12.1 K/9. Scherzer is looking for some consistency as he currently sports a 7.16 ERA with an xERA of 6.10.

Colorado Rockies vs. New York Mets Probable Pitchers

  • Colorado Rockies: Michael Lorenzen
  • New York Mets: Freddy Peralta
  • Time: 7:10 PM ET

Lorenzen hasn’t been as bad as his 7.48 ERA indicates, but his 5.74 xERA isn’t much better. Peralta has allowed no more than three hits in three of his last four starts.

Minnesota Twins vs. Tampa Bay Rays Probable Pitchers

  • Minnesota Twins: Taj Bradley
  • Tampa Bay Rays: Drew Rasmussen
  • Time: 7:10 PM ET

Bradley has been great thus far, having allowed no more than two runs in a single start this season. Rasmussen is coming off his worst start of the season, allowing four runs on two hits through 3.2 innings against the Pirates.

Philadelphia Phillies vs. Atlanta Braves Probable Pitchers

  • Philadelphia Phillies: Andrew Painter

  • Time: 7:15 PM ET

Painter is due for some positive regression, as his 4.42 ERA comes with an xERA of 2.92 and a 2.49 FIP.

Los Angeles Angels vs. Kansas City Royals Probable Pitchers

  • Los Angeles Angels: Yusei Kikuchi
  • Kansas City Royals: Noah Cameron

Washington Nationals vs. Chicago White Sox Probable Pitchers

  • Washington Nationals: Miles Mikolas
  • Chicago White Sox: Erick Fedde
  • Time: 7:40 PM ET

Mikolas will slide back into the rotation after being used as a bulk reliever in his last two appearances. As a starter, Mikolas has allowed 19 runs on 22 hits, including five home runs, through 12.1 innings. Fedde has been limiting the damage and has a 3.92 ERA with an xERA of 3.58 through 20.2 innings.

Athletics vs. Texas Rangers Probable Pitchers

  • Athletics: Luis Severino
  • Texas Rangers: Nathan Eovaldi

  • Seattle Mariners: George Kirby
  • St. Louis Cardinals: Andre Pallante
  • Time: 8:15 PM ET

Kirby has been giving up a lot of hits, but has been limiting the damage. Despite allowing 14 hits, he’s only allowed three runs to cross in his last two starts. Pallante, despite being a groundball pitcher, is currently inducing them at the lowest rate of his career at 51%.

Chicago Cubs vs. Los Angeles Dodgers Probable Pitchers

  • Chicago Cubs: Jameson Taillon
  • Los Angeles Dodgers: Emmet Sheehan
