What happened to Jalen Williams? Live injury updates for Suns vs. Thunder on Wednesday 4/22/26

With 5:53 left in the third quarter of Wednesday’s game against the Phoenix Suns, Jalen Williams was replaced by Cason Wallace. Less than a minute earlier, Williams streaked down the left side of the quarter for a fast break layup. Unfortunately, he looked to have tweaked something on the landing. Williams stayed in the game for a bit but then eventually made his way to the locker room.

Williams is now questionable to return with a left hamstring injury. The injury that caused Williams to miss games during the regular season was to the right hamstring.

Before exiting, Williams contributed 19 points, four assists, one rebound, and a steal in 23 minutes of action.

If Wiliams does not return, DraftKings Sportsbook is honoring and tagging all qualifying bets as Early Exit Eligible.
