Houston Astros vs. Cleveland Guardians Probable Pitchers
- Houston Astros: Ryan Weiss
- Cleveland Guardians: Parker Messick
- Time: 6:10 PM ET
Weiss will likely serve as an extended opener for the Astros, as he’s yet to pitch more than 3.2 innings in his six appearances. He’ll oppose Messick, who has been as dominant as his stats show. He owns a 1.05 ERA with an xERA of 2.68 and a 2.51 FIP.
Cincinnati Reds vs. Tampa Bay Rays Probable Pitchers
- Cincinnati Reds: Chase Burns
- Tampa Bay Rays: Steven Matz
- Time: 6:40 PM ET
While Burns isn’t getting the strikeouts we’ve seen from last year, his 2.42 ERA and 3.85 xERA are much improved. He’ll oppose Matz, who hasn’t allowed more than two earned runs in three straight starts.
Milwaukee Brewers vs. Detroit Tigers Probable Pitchers
- Milwaukee Brewers: Kyle Harrison
- Detroit Tigers: Keider Montero
- Time: 6:40 PM ET
Harrison will make his first start since April 11 after being skipped due to wrist and knee injuries. He’ll face Montero, who has a 1.88 xERA through 16.1 innings.
St. Louis Cardinals vs. Miami Marlins Probable Pitchers
- St. Louis Cardinals: Dustin May
- Miami Marlins: Chris Paddack
- Time: 6:40 PM ET
After an abysmal start to the season, May has allowed exactly two earned runs over his last two starts against the Red Sox and Guardians. He’ll face Paddack, who has allowed a home run in three of his four starts.
Atlanta Braves vs. Washington Nationals Probable Pitchers
- Atlanta Braves: Reynaldo Lopez
- Washington Nationals: Foster Griffin
- Time: 6:45 PM ET
The three earned runs allowed by Lopez in his last start against the Marlins were more than he allowed through his first three starts this season. He’ll face Griffin, who struck out seven Pirates in his last start but also allowed four runs on eight hits.
New York Yankees vs. Boston Red Sox Probable Pitchers
- New York Yankees: Luis Gil
- Boston Red Sox: Connelly Early
- Time: 6:45 PM ET
Gil has only made two starts but already has allowed four home runs through nine innings. Early is a regression candidate, as his 2.29 ERA is nowhere near his 5.25 xERA.
Minnesota Twins vs. New York Mets Probable Pitchers
- Minnesota Twins: Simeon Woods Richardson
- New York Mets: Noah McLean
- Time: 7:10 PM ET
After allowing just three runs in his first two starts, Woods Richardson has given up 12 runs (11 earned) over his last two starts. He’ll face McLean, who has struck out eight hitters in three of his four starts.
Baltimore Orioles vs. Kansas City Royals Probable Pitchers
- Baltimore Orioles: Shane Baz
- Kansas City Royals: Kris Bubic
- Time: 7:40 PM ET
Baz has been hit very hard by lefties thus far, as they’ve tagged him for a .438 wOBA and a 4.75 FIP thus far. Bubic is coming off his worst start of the season, where he allowed five runs on six hits through 4.2 innings against the Tigers.
Philadelphia Phillies vs. Chicago Cubs Probable Pitchers
- Philadelphia Phillies: Jesus Luzardo
- Chicago Cubs: Shota Imanaga
- Time: 7:40 PM ET
Luzardo has been extremely unlucky, as his bloated 7.94 ERA comes with an xERA of 3.58 and a 2.86 FIP. Meanwhile, Imanaga has been as good as advertised with a 2.45 ERA and an xERA of 2.55.
Pittsburgh Pirates vs. Texas Rangers Probable Pitchers
- Pittsburgh Pirates: Carmen Mlodzinski
- Texas Rangers: Kumar Rocker
- Time: 8:10 PM ET
Mlodzinski hasn’t allowed a run in his last two appearances, which span 11.1 innings against the Nationals and Cubs. He’ll face Rocker, who continues to struggle with his command, with a 4.3 BB/9 through his first 14.2 innings.
San Diego Padres vs. Colorado Rockies Probable Pitchers
- San Diego Padres: Randy Vasquez
- Colorado Rockies: TBD
- Time: 8:40 PM ET
Vasquez has seen a huge jump in his strikeout numbers, as his current 10.3 K/9 is more than double what he had over the last two seasons.
Toronto Blue Jays vs. Los Angeles Angels Probable Pitchers
- Toronto Blue Jays: Patrick Corbin
- Los Angeles Angels: Jack Kochanowicz
- Time: 9:38 PM ET
Corbin was solid in his last start against the Brewers, allowing just one run on four hits with six strikeouts. He’ll face Kochanowicz, who has a massive 5.7 BB/9 through 23.1 innings.

Chicago White Sox vs. Arizona Diamondbacks Probable Pitchers
- Chicago White Sox: Sean Burke
- Arizona Diamondbacks: Merrill Kelly
- Time: 9:40 PM ET
Burke has been having a tough time with lefties, as they’ve tagged him for a .347 wOBA and 13 of the 20 hits he’s allowed. He’ll face Kelly, who made his season debut last week against the Orioles and allowed two runs on five hits through 5.1 innings.
Los Angeles Dodgers vs. San Francisco Giants Probable Pitchers
- Los Angeles Dodgers: Yoshinobu Yamamoto
- San Francisco Giants: Landen Roupp
