The NBA Playoffs continue Sunday with a four-game slate. Let’s take a look at three of my favorite player prop bets for Sunday’s slate on DraftKings Sportsbook.
Top NBA player prop bets
Neemias Queta 2+ points in the first three minutes (+117)
Queta has been one of the NBA’s most improved players this season and he has a tendency to score quickly in games, especially with Jayson Tatum back for the Celtics. In the 16 games Tatum and Queta have played together, the latter is leading Boston with 2.1 PPG in the first three minutes. The big man is handling a 20% usage rate in the first three minutes and he has scored at least two points in the first three minutes of half of these games.
Why? Because Tatum tries to find the big man often when sharing the floor. This season, 26% of Tatum’s assists have gone to Queta. Even with Tatum inactive for all of these contests, Queta has scored at least two points in the first three minutes of three of his four matchups with the 76ers this season. Philadelphia ranks 17th in defensive rating and Queta should start Boston’s playoff run with an early bucket or two in Sunday’s Game 1.
Jayson Tatum O 15.5 Rebounds + Assists (-104)
Speaking of Tatum, this combo line is way too low for the superstar back in the playoffs. Since making his season debut last month, Tatum has cleared this line in eight of his 16 games. The forward is averaging 5.3 assists and a career-high 10.0 rebounds per game.
Opportunity-wise, Tatum is averaging 14.6 rebound chances and a team-high 10.0 potential assists per game. Tatum should see an increased workload near 40 minutes with this being the postseason and he should clear 15.5 rebounds and assists with ease.
Tobias Harris O 21.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-118)
The Pistons are beginning the playoffs facing the Magic in the first round and Harris has been a thorn in Orlando’s side all season. In three matchups with the Magic, the forward is averaging 21.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.7 assists per game while shooting 56% from the field. Harris finished with at least 24 PRA in all of these contests, despite Cade Cunningham being active for all of these tilts.
Harris posted 24 points and four rebounds vs. the Pacers in his final start of the regular season and as the veteran of this Pistons group, Harris should elevate his game in Sunday’s playoff opener vs. the Magic. Topping 21.5 PRA shouldn’t be difficult and Harris is an excellent bet for this over.
