The Trail Blazers are visiting the Suns for a Play-In Tournament matchup on Tuesday. The winner will advance to the playoffs as the No. 7 seed in the Western Conference, whereas the loser will face the winner of tomorrow’s matchup between the Clippers and Warriors to decided who will be the No. 8 seed.

On DraftKings Sportsbook, Phoenix is favored by 2.5 points and this game carries a total of 217.5 points.

Let’s dive into my favorite Deni Avdija player prop for Tuesday’s contest.

Best Deni Avdija prop bet

Deni Avdija 2+ points in the first three minutes (-147)

Avdija is leading the Trail Blazers with 24.2 PPG and a 29.3% usage rate this season and has been active to open games. Avdija leads Portland with 6.3 PPG in the first quarter and 1.9 PPG in the first three minutes of contests.

In his final 10 starts of the regular season, Avdija scored at least two points in the first three minutes on six occasions. In the regular-season finale vs. the Kings on Sunday, Avdija produced five points in the first three minutes. The Suns are a solid defense, but nothing to be scared of as they rank 13th in defensive rating since the All-Star break.

Getting Avdija going early, per usual, should be part of the Trail Blazers’ game plan tonight. He is a great bet for 2+ points in the first three minutes.
