The NBA playoffs are just around the corner, and in the first round, we get an intriguing matchup between the #3 seed New York Knicks and the #6 seed Atlanta Hawks. Game 1 is set for either Saturday or Sunday in Madison Square Garden.

Knicks vs. Hawks Game 1 Opening Odds

Looking at the odds on DraftKings Sportsbook, the Knicks are favorites to win Game 1 at -205 odds. The Hawks are +170 to get the upset road win. The spread is set at 5.5 points, while the over/under is listed at 217.5 points.

These teams met up three times in the regular season, with New York winning two of the three. Both of New York’s wins were by three points, while Atlanta’s was by 12. What was interesting was that the road team won on all three occasions. Could we see that again this weekend?
