They were much better at home compared to on the road, with a 30-10 record at Madison Square Garden compared to a 22-19 record on their travels. Jalen Brunson will be looking to get his team one step closer than they were a year ago, when they fell to the Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.

The #6 seed Hawks finished with a regular-season record of 46-36. They had an identical road record as the Knicks, but their record in their own building wasn’t quite as good at 24-17. Atlanta is led by their breakout star Jalen Johnson, who had career highs this season in points per game (22.5), rebounds per game (10.3) and assists per game (7.9).

Game 1 is set for Saturday or Sunday at Madison Square Garden. Buckle up, folks. This is going to be a good one.
