The Eastern Conference first-round matchup between the No. 4 Cleveland Cavaliers and No. 5 Toronto Raptors will begin this weekend in Cleveland.

Cleveland lost only one game in April and five games in March to finish the season off relatively strong. Toronto went 4-3 in April and 7-8 in March.

Toronto won all three head-to-head meetings with Cleveland during the regular season — two on the road — but all three of those games happened before December, well before the James Harden for Darius Garland trade.
