The second fight of tonight’s UFC 327 Main Card features an exciting Light Heavyweight matchup between former title challenger No. 10 Dominick Reyes vs. No. 12 Johnny Walker. Reyes is coming off a loss to Carlos Ulberg, who is facing Jiri Prochazka in the Main Event of this card. Meanwhile, Walker picked up a big knockout over Zhang Mingyang in his last bout in August 2025.
Check out my best bet for Dominick Reyes vs. Johnny Walker at UFC 327 in Miami, Florida.
Dominick Reyes to win by KO/TKO/DQ (-105)
In this contest, Walker is taller (6’6″ vs. 6’4″) with a five-inch reach advantage (82″ vs. 77″). But Reyes lands 1.36 more significant strikes per minute than Walker does. Also, Reyes defends strikes at a 49 percent rate, four percent better than Walker. Both fighters combine for 27 career knockouts, so an all-action slugfest is expected in this contest.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Reyes is a -162 favorite with Walker being a +136 underdog. The total is set at 1.5 rounds, with the under at -188 and the over at +145. With two powerful strikers, this fight is -550 to not go the distance and +350 to last the full 15 minutes.
Although Walker is coming off a win and Reyes lost his last fight, I still favor Reyes due to his big-fight experience and overall better striking. Reyes won three straight fights by knockout from June 2024 to April 2025 and proved that he is still a dangerous fighter. When Reyes is at his best, he moves forward, closes the distance, and throws many powerful punches. But in this fight, he will need to be more cautious, as Walker has one-punch knockout power. Reyes’ last four wins have come by knockout, and he hasn’t won a fight by decision since 2019. You can get Reyes at -105 to win via KO/TKO/DQ.
