Will OG Anunoby bets be refunded after injury during Knicks vs. Raptors on 4/10/26?

New York Knicks forward OG Anunoby exited Friday’s game vs. the Toronto Raptors early due to injury and will not return.

The injury may leave some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors wondering whether the Early Exit program is in effect.

Since Anunoby left during the first half due to injury and will not return, Early Exit does apply in this case.

Single pre-game and live prop bets on his lines will settle as a loss but be refunded via cash credits within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion. Parlays involving Anunoby’s lines will remain open with recalculated odds after affected legs are voided.

Anunoby played just 15 minutes on Friday. He recorded two points, five rebounds and three assists in that short time on the floor prior to the injury.
