What happened to Marvin Bagley III? Live injury updates for Mavericks vs. Spurs on Friday 4/10/26

UPDATE: Marvin Bagley III (shoulder) won’t return to Friday’s game.

To start the second quarter of Friday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs, Marvin Bagley III was replaced by Moussa Cisse. Per Mavericks PR, Bagley III suffered a shoulder injury and is questionable to return. There’s been no mention of how the injury occurred.

Before exiting, Bagley III contributed two points, a rebound and an assist in eight minutes of action. If he doesn’t return tonight, Dwight Powell and Cisse will soak up most of the center minutes for Dallas.

Since the injury occurred prior to halftime, Bagley III would be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit if he is unable to return.
