What happened to Wendell Carter Jr.? Live injury updates for Magic vs. Pistons on Monday 4/6/26

With 5:27 left in the third quarter of Monday’s game against the Detroit Pistons, Wendell Carter Jr. was replaced by Goga Bitadze. Carter Jr. sprained his neck and is doubtful to return.

There’s been no mention of when or how the injury occurred.

Prior to exiting, Carter Jr. contributed 12 points, three rebounds, three assists and a steal in 18 minutes of action.
