A seven-game, 14-team featured NBA DFS slate is set for Wednesday. The options are truly endless for fantasy managers, especially when it comes to rostering superstars. Jalen Johnson ($10,400), Tyrese Maxey ($10,000), and Jaylen Brown ($9,600) are just a few of the high-priced names worth consideration tonight. With that being said, everyone knows that a winning lineup takes more than just high-priced salaries. A few under the radar bargain picks can go a long way towards building a winner.

SG/SF Ja’Kobe Walter, Toronto Raptors vs. SAC ($4,700)
On a Raptors team loaded with depth on the wings, it’s easy to get lost in the shuffle. That’s been the case this season for Ja’Kobe Walter. The second-year pro has seen his minutes and usage reduced this season. Through 65 games, he’s averaging 7.2 points, 2.4 rebounds, 1.1 assists and 1.0 steals (14.7 FPTS). However, he is shooting at a stellar 39.5% clip from three-point range. To boot, the Baylor alum has seen a boost in playing time over the past few weeks. Walter has logged at least 23 minutes in six of his last seven outings.
Wednesday presents a golden opportunity for the former first-round pick. Immanuel Quickley (foot) and Brandon Ingram (injury management) are out, while Scottie Barnes (shoulder) is questionable. Even if the latter does suit up, there will be minutes up for grabs in Toronto. Tonight’s opponents will be the tanking Kings. Sacramento is giving up the fourth-most fantasy points to shooting guards this season. If this one becomes a blowout, Walter will likely see additional playing time. The guard has notched at least 20.0 fantasy points in four of his last five outings. That’s a solid trend heading into this favorable matchup.
SF/PF Leonard Miller, Chicago Bulls vs. IND ($4,600)
For those who haven’t been keeping up with the Bulls, you’re forgiven. Following a trade deadline fire sale, Chicago’s roster is composed of primarily unproven youngsters. That includes Leonard Miller, who came over from the Timberwolves as part of the Ayo Dosunmu trade. The Canadian didn’t have much of an opportunity to prove himself on a contending Minnesota squad. In that regard, a change of scenery has been quite the boon so far. Over 20 games with his new team, Miller has produced 10.2 points, 5.2 rebounds and 1.2 assists while shooting 54% from the field.
Chicago’s newest forward has taken on a larger role recently. In nine of his previous 11 appearances, Miller has been on the floor for at least 20 minutes. During eight of those games, the 22-year-old has tallied at least 25.0 fantasy points. Wednesday’s contest pits the Bulls against an even worse Indiana defense. The Pacers have surrendered the sixth-most fantasy points to opposing small forwards. All signs are pointing to another stuffed stat line for Miller this evening.
SG/SF Tari Eason, Houston Rockets vs. MIL ($4,300)
On the second leg of a back-to-back, it wouldn’t be surprising if the Rockets rested some key contributors. Even if Houston remains at relatively full strength, Tari Eason should continue to play a notable role. The two-way wing isn’t always the most prolific fantasy player. However, his stellar defense ensures a healthy dose of playing time on most nights. This season, Eason is putting up 10.5 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals (24.6 FPTS). The LSU alum has also managed to shoot over 37% from three-point range.
Eason comes into this one on a hot streak. He’s recorded at least 28.8 fantasy points in each of his last three games. The fourth-year pro could enjoy an even better performance on Wednesday against the hapless Bucks. Milwaukee has allowed the third-most fantasy points to shooting guards this season. The team is also giving up 14.8 three-pointers made per game, second-most in basketball. That plays right into Eason’s biggest strength on offense. Houston’s underrated wing is someone worth heavy consideration tonight.
