We have nine games on the slate tonight, tipping off at 7 PM EST with the Hawks visiting the Magic. The Warriors will host the Spurs to conclude the night at 10 PM EST.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Joel Embiid More Than 28.5 Points
Joel Embiid recently returned from a month-long absence and picked up right where he left off. In the three games he’s played, he’s averaged 30 PPG, 6.3 RPG, and 4 APG with 1.3 BPG while shooting 49.2% from the field and 81.5% from the line. He may never return to the former MVP-caliber monster we saw a couple of years ago, but his elite productivity as a scorer cannot be denied.
Tonight he’ll continue warming up for the postseason with a layup matchup against the Washington Wizards, who are posting a woeful 120.7 DEFRTG, just barely ahead of the Jazz, who are in last place.

Tyrese Maxey More Than 25.5 Points
Maxey also returned from a lengthy injury recently, which is good news for a Philadelphia team that’s holding onto the seventh seed heading into the postseason. This team is stronger than it looks, and its record has been affected by this roster’s injury issues. When this team is full strength, they’re capable of competing with most of the playoff caliber teams in the East.
Maxey has put up 26 and 23 points in two games since returning, and he’s already been thrust into massive minutes with 43 and 44 minutes in each of these contests. I’m expecting his workload to continue tonight against this Wizards team as the Sixers jostle for position in the East.

Jamal Murray More Than 24.5 Points
The first-time All-Star has dazzled all season with a career-high 25.5 PPG and 7.2 APG. In fact, he’s setting career-highs in PPG, APG, RPG, FG%, FTA, and 3P%. He’s made small improvements in all major statistical categories at age 28 and should keep up his form heading into the postseason for Denver.
The Nuggets are two games behind the third seed Lakers and 1.5 games ahead of the fifth seed Timberwolves. They still have a chance to climb another seed and I don’t anticipate the Nuggets letting their foot off the gas anytime soon given the current volatility of the standings. Murray has a nice matchup tonight to help power the Nuggets to another win against the Utah Jazz, who should simply just be a guaranteed tick in the win column for the Nuggets given the state of their team and how poor their defense has been.
