Andrew McCutchen More Than 0.5 Hits
Andrew McCutchen showed that he still has it at 39 years old by launching a home run on Sunday night against the Phillies. McCutchen has started the season strong, sporting a .455 batting average and a 1.364 OPS. He should be ready to produce today against Trevor Rogers and the Orioles. McCutchen does his best work against left-handed pitching. Last season, he had a .267 batting average against lefties, compared to a .228 batting average against right-handers. McCutchen has been particularly effective against Trevor Rogers. In his career against Rogers, McCutchen is 6/12 with three home runs. McCutchen should carry over the momentum from his fast start to the season and be confident against this pitcher that he has crushed in the past. That should lead to McCutchen recording a base hit in this game.
Freddy Peralta More Than 7.5 Strikeouts Thrown
Freddy Peralta did not have his best stuff in his Mets’ debut on Opening Day. Peralta looked great in comparison to Paul Skenes, who got knocked out in the first inning of that game, but did not have his best stuff. He managed to limit the damage enough to keep the Mets in control on a day when the lineup was crushing. However, he still gave up four runs in just five innings of work. Despite only making it five innings and not having his best stuff, Peralta still threw seven strikeouts against Pittsburgh. Peralta has always been a high-strikeout pitcher, averaging double-digit punchouts per nine innings in every season of his career but one. This Cardinals lineup struck out nine times in six innings against Kodai Senga. Peralta should be able to replicate his teammate’s strikeout numbers and get over this number of 6.5 strikeouts thrown.
Javy Baez More Than 0.5 Hits
Javy Baez and the Tigers are taking on Zac Gallen today. Zac Gallen finished in the top five in Cy Young voting in 2022 and 2023. Even his 2024 season was a very solid campaign. However, Gallen lost his stuff last season. He finished the season with a 4.83 ERA and averaged 1.3 K/9 less than he had in any other season of his career. Gallen did not start the 2026 season well, giving up four runs in just four innings of work. It seems like Gallen’s best days are behind him. Even when he was at his best, Javy Baez was a thorn in his side. Baez is 5/10 with three doubles and a home run in his career against Gallen. Baez has recorded a base hit in two of the three games that he has played this season. He should find himself in the lineup against Gallen and generate another base hit against a pitcher he has dominated over the years.

Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
