The road to the 2026 FIFA World Cup continues on Tuesday as the play-off final between Czechia and Denmark will see one of these two teams book their spot in this summer’s tournament.

The winner of this game will enter Group A of the World Cup alongside Mexico, South Africa and South Korea.

Denmark are +105 favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook for this one, with a draw available at +225. Fancy a Czechia upset? They are +300 on the moneyline.

Denmark are -200 to advance, while Czechia are listed at +155.

No need to complicate things here, I’m going with a simple Same-Game Parlay for this contest.

First, I’m taking Denmark to win the match inside the 90 minutes. They are the higher-ranked team in the FIFA World Rankings for a reason, and had a much tougher path to get to this point. Czechia just needed to beat out the Faroe Islands, Montenegro and Gibraltar to finish second in their group. You could argue Denmark should have won their group, but it was much tougher with Scotland and Greece both in there. Even still, I think they will still make it to this summer’s tournament; they just took the tougher path to get there. Czechia are lucky to have made it this far, as they needed to overcome a two-goal deficit in the semi-final against Ireland and advance on a penalty shoot-out. Meanwhile, Denmark thrashed North Macedonia 4-0 in their semi-final.

Secondly, I’m taking Denmark’s main man, Rasmus Hojlund, to score. The former Man United forward and current Napoli striker led them in qualifying, scoring five goals in only six appearances. He’s been firing for club and country this season, as he has 10 Serie A goals for Napoli, a top-10 mark in the league. He also netted three times in the Champions League and once in the Supercoppa Italiana. Hojlund has turned his career around since moving to Italy, and Tuesday could be a platform for him to improve on in the summer on the world’s biggest stage.

If Denmark wins this one, there’s a good chance their number nine will be a big reason why. Let’s combine both to get an SGP at +290 odds.
